For those with hearing impairments, subtitles are displayed in sync with attraction dialogues, and for those with visual impairments, audio guides are provided to minimize barriers.

The outing support service "Toiro Life," which accompanies nurses and caregivers, has shared experiences of accompanying children who require constant use of a ventilator and care such as feeding through a gastrostomy and suctioning to Disneyland for their birthdays. Considering there are no places in the park to lie down and rest, they booked a nearby hotel for one night and enjoyed greetings and parades using the Disability Access Service. In a scene where Mickey asked, "Can I hold your hand?" before shaking hands, the child showed a very happy expression. The day was supported not only by the park's barrier-free environment but also by "the kindness of people," as guests offered their seats and helped with wheelchair movement.
