2. Who is Mr. Yoshimura, the Head of the Fukuoka Branch?

Mr. Yoshimura has worked as a Welfare Living Environment Coordinator for about 20 years, with approximately 2,000 requests handled.

Despite supporting the lives of many people, Mr. Yoshimura had no dreams during his childhood. When asked about his dreams in kindergarten, he couldn't answer and once said "truck driver" after much thought.

He entered an industrial university without knowing what he truly wanted to do.

However, this decision later became a significant turning point.

A Turning Point in a Life Uninterested in Barrier-Free Solutions

He learned about the Welfare Living Environment Coordinator after entering university.

Although it was his first encounter with the fields of medicine and welfare, he felt a shock as if electricity ran through his body when he started studying.

For the first time, he thought, "I want to do this kind of work."

However, there were no companies solely focused on welfare living environments. As a result, he received a job offer from a major local house manufacturer and once gave up on his dream.

Yet, he felt a strong sense of regret for not pursuing something he wanted to do for the first time.

Then, it happened. Due to the recession, he received a notice of job offer cancellation. Ironically, the postmark was on his birthday, January 23.

Although his parents were very saddened by the cancellation just before graduation, Mr. Yoshimura remained positive. He said this solidified his determination to pursue becoming a Welfare Living Environment Coordinator.

Just as he was about to start looking for companies nationwide, he found a sign near his home that read "Certified Welfare Living Environment Coordinator Store."

Feeling that this was the only option, he boldly called and continued to convey his passion, eventually securing a job.

As time passed, Mr. Yoshimura's passion and philosophy aligned, leading him to join Kanzaki Construction three and a half years ago.

Handling everything from meetings to delivery and growing older alongside his customers after delivery, he truly believes he made the right choice in this career.

3. Realizing Influence Through Instagram Started by Chance

When the Fukuoka branch opened, they launched the Kanzaki Construction Fukuoka Branch Instagram in 2019 to let many people know about their presence. The account has over 5,000 followers and shares construction cases and welfare equipment information.

Recently, a physical therapist who resonated with Kanzaki Construction's philosophy through Instagram joined the company. Interested in home life, they applied. Although there were concerns about whether a physical therapist could work at a construction company, they were hired due to shared values.

Their desire to communicate through their posts goes beyond just sharing their philosophy.

Mr. Yoshimura has heard many stories of failed construction projects. He cites a lack of information as one of the causes.

Customers often don't know how to express their concerns, and construction companies have few cases involving people with disabilities.

Through Instagram, he hopes to spread successful home-building practices nationwide.

Mr. Yoshimura aims to become Japan's top Welfare Living Environment Coordinator.

The opening ceremony of the Fukuoka branch was on January 23, which is also Mr. Yoshimura's birthday and the day his job offer was canceled.

Thanks to the thoughtful gesture of the company president, the opening date was changed to this day. Mr. Yoshimura considers it his true birthday in a sense.

During his speech there, he declared his intention to become Japan's top Welfare Living Environment Coordinator. As per his declaration, he plans to promote welfare living environments through online seminars and cross-industry exchanges in the future.
