This is the third installment in our series of articles about chain stores with highly praised accessibility features!

We will continue to introduce restaurant chains that are making strides in accessibility.

Based on feedback from over 80 individuals with physical disabilities involved with Ayumi, we will introduce four restaurant chains that are said to be lesser-known for their accessibility features.

1. PRONTO

PRONTO is a café chain that offers a relaxing environment, often located near train stations. The same group also includes the wine bar Di PUNTO. They have implemented measures to promote the acceptance of service dogs.

2. COCO'S

COCO'S used to offer Braille menus, but they are no longer available.
